Configure Specific Settings for Each Entity

- Definition: In addition to managing general Fields, certain specific Entities have their own configurations. For example, you can configure marketing communications consent for Profiles or define Task types for Tasks.
- Benefits: It allows Mobio users to customize each Entity to their specific business needs.

- Marketing Communications Consent — Define whether a Profile accepts or rejects marketing calls.

- Permissions: Your Mobio account must have the

4. Step-by-step instructions
4.1 Configure Display Fields for Create/Edit Flows
This feature helps you define which Fields appear and which are required when users create or update an Entity.
- Go to the Display Location tab.
- In the Fields and display order section, click the Configure button for the
Create neworEditflow. - In the configuration window, select the desired Fields from the left column and move them to the right column.
- Check the Required box to make a Field mandatory.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
4.2 Configure Marketing Communications Consent (Profile Only)
- Switch to the Consent to Receive Marketing Communications tab.
- Click Configure to open the configuration tab.
- Choose an option and click Save.
4.3 Configure Task Types (Task Only)
- Select the Task Entity from the menu list.
- Switch to the Task Type tab.
- Add new or edit Task types to align with your internal pipeline.
