Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) play a role in driving sales revenue, optimizing sales efficiency, and lengthening the ales cycle length of the business.
KPI – Key Performance Indicator is one of the most important indicators used to measure and evaluate work effectiveness for departments, divisions, and individuals within a business.
The Sales department can set up revenue-target KPIs on Mobio. Users can set revenue targets for individuals or teams, quarterly or annually. The system will automatically allocate revenue targets to each person based on the configured time intervals.
Mobio also provides reports to help managers evaluate employees’ KPI performance within the company, enabling them to make more informed adjustments and decisions for the future.
To access the KPI Setup, users log in to the Mobio software. In the side-menu, click Sales → Sales KPI sequentially.
