Overview

Mobio receives certain data from Meta (Facebook) on behalf of our banking partner SHB and stores it in SHB’s Mobio environment. This environment is private to SHB employees and accessible only via SHB’s internal network.
If you are a Facebook user and want your data deleted from SHB’s Mobio system, please contact SHB’s Customer Care team directly.

Important: Mobio acts as a service provider (processor) for SHB. We can only delete data that is stored inside SHB’s Mobio system. This request does not delete data that Facebook/Meta stores separately under their own policies.

How to Request Deletion

What We Need From You

To protect your privacy, SHB may ask for identity verification (for example, replying from the same email you use on Facebook, or providing proof that the Facebook profile belongs to you). This helps ensure we delete the correct person’s data.

Helpful information you can include:

• Your Facebook profile URL (e.g., https://www.facebook.com/your.username)
• Any screenshots or message IDs related to your interaction with SHB’s Facebook channels (Page, Lead Ads forms, messages, etc.)
• The approximate date range when you interacted with SHB’s Facebook app/page/campaign

What We Delete

Once your identity is verified, SHB will instruct Mobio to delete personal data received from Facebook that is stored within SHB’s Mobio environment (for example: lead form submissions, messaging records synced from Facebook, or campaign interaction records stored by SHB in Mobio).

This request does not delete:

• Data that Facebook/Meta controls in their own systems. For that, please use Facebook’s tools and policies.
• Data SHB must retain for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. If any retention is required, SHB will inform you.

Processing Timeline

• Acknowledgment: SHB will acknowledge your request by email.
• Verification: If needed, SHB may request additional information to verify account ownership.
• Completion: After verification, SHB will coordinate deletion with Mobio. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is completed or an explanation if certain data must be retained under applicable laws.
