How to add new scenarios in Journey Builder and create scenarios with journey blocks.
Added new Journey
On the default interface, select + New Journey → Popup window display:
Step 1: Select Master Campaign.
Or Choose an available Master Campaign.
Or Create a new Master Campaign by following these steps:
Select + New Master Campaign → Popup window display screen → Fill in the new Master Campaign name, select the person in charge → Select Save or Cancel.
Step 2 : Enter Journey name → Select Continue or Cancel.
General operations to create scenarios
Step 1: Create a scenario
To create a new scenario, click on the Start new creation box and Continue (as number 1);
To select an available scenario, click on the desired scenario and Continue (as number 2). You can click Preview (eye icon in the right corner) to see each script content.
Step 2: Complete the script
General guidance:
Select the target profile set (number 1);
Drag and drop the content element blocks (number 2) into the script; edit/copy/delete component block (number 2a);
Check which content is missing/wrong information (number 3).
