Profile Interface and List Management
As your customer base grows, scrolling through every Profile to find the right segment gets unmanageable fast. The Profile list screen brings search, filtering, and saved views together in one place, so you can get back to exactly the segment you need in seconds.
1. Overview
- Definition: The Profile list screen is the central hub for managing individual customer profiles in the CDP, allowing you to quickly retrieve records and build personalized views for each user.
- Benefits/Value: Gives you a complete view of your customer base and lets you search and segment data fast for care and marketing activities.
2. Terminology & Specifications
- Search bar — Quick search by full name, email, phone number, CIF, or ID.
- Filter — Set deep filter conditions based on customer attributes or engagement.
- Toolbar — Includes Create new, Import, Export, and display configuration.
- Profile list — Shows customers matching the segment conditions.
3. Prerequisites
- Permissions: Your Mobio account must have the RBAC permission
PROFILING > CDP > Profiles > Identified Profiles. See the RBAC permissions guide. - Access Path: Go to CDP → Identified Profiles.
4. Implementation steps
4.1. Search and filter data
- Quick search: Enter a value into Search Profile. The system cross-searches every existing Profile identifier (name, email, phone number, third-party platform ID, etc.).
- Use filters:
- Click the Filter icon.
- Select filter conditions (e.g., gender, age, source).
- Click Apply to update the Profile list.
- Optional:
- Click Delete all filters to clear your selected filters.
- Click Restore Original State to revert to the view’s original filter (if any).
4.2. Customize displayed columns
- Click Customize view.
- Check or uncheck the fields you need.
- Click Save to apply the change to the current screen.
4.3. Save a view
- After setting up a segment with filters in step 4.1, click Save view.
- Enter a name for the view (e.g., “VIP customers – North region”).
- Choose Public (visible to all users) or Private (visible only to you).
- Click Confirm. The new view appears as a tab right above the Profile list.

- Sort: Click a column header directly to sort that column ascending or descending.

- Q: Why can’t I click Save view?
- A: You need at least one filter set before the button allows saving.
- Q: Can I share my saved view with other users?
- A: Yes — choose Public when saving the view so other users can see it.
