Contact Form Connector Report

Contact Form data streams into Mobio in near real time — but if you only check the daily history, a submission issue occurring right now can go unnoticed for hours. The Contact Form Connector report gives you both a real-time view and a historical breakdown, so you can catch problems as they happen and confirm them once the day's data settles.

1. Overview

  • Definition: Tracks Contact Form sync data in a streaming style, covering both processing history and real-time results.
  • Benefits/Value: Quickly monitor form processing performance, catch errors early in the day, and track each data entity.
  • Target users: System Admin and Data Engineer.

2. Terminology & Specifications

  • Data Sync History tab — Day-by-day metrics for the selected filter period.
  • Real-Time Report tab — Processing results as they come in, updated to the current moment.
  • Chart views — Toggle between By Data Stream and By Entity.
  • Entity breakdown — Profile, Ticket, and Oppty.

3. Prerequisites

  • Previous article: Complete the Contact Form connector configuration.
  • Permissions: Your Mobio account must have the INTEGRATION RBAC permission. See the RBAC permissions guide.
  • Access Path: Go to Settings → Data Integration → Data Source → select the Contact Form connector → Report.
  • Input data: The form has sent data to Mobio.

4. Implementation steps

4.1. Check the Data Sync History tab

  • Open the Data Sync History tab.
  • Select the sync time period.
  • Check total records from the source, broken down by processing status: successful, failed, and pending.
  • Check the daily performance chart.

4.2. Check details by day in history

  • Switch to By Data Stream for an overall picture of processing.
  • Switch to By Entity to see records broken down by Profile, Ticket, or Oppty.
  • Check the daily detail table to compare processing rates.

4.3. Check the Real-Time Report tab

  • Open the Real-Time Report tab.
  • Track the processing chart by time of day.
  • Check the timestamp panel to see when the first and most recent records came in.
  • Break the same chart down by status and by entity.

5. Operational Rules & Use Cases

  • If real-time data stops while history still shows records, check whether the form is still submitting correctly.
  • If one entity has a high failure rate, switch to By Entity to isolate the error.
  • When reconciling history against real-time, always compare the same day.

6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Q: Which tab should I use to monitor activity within the same day?
    • A: Use the Real-Time Report to track incoming and processed records as they happen.
  • Q: Why does the daily total differ from the real-time count at the same moment?
    • A: The two tabs measure different windows — daily history vs. a live snapshot. Compare the same time window before concluding there’s a discrepancy.
