• Overview Dashboard — File counts, processing status, a daily upload chart, and upload frequency by account.
• File List — A detailed table of every uploaded file.
• File status — Awaiting processing, Syncing, Sync Complete, Failed Sync.
• File sync metrics — Successful rows, failed rows, Data processing speed, result file, and Executor.

3. Prerequisites

• Permissions: Your Mobio account must have the INTEGRATION RBAC permission. See the RBAC permissions guide.
• Access Path: Go to Settings → Data Integration → Data Source → select the Microsoft Excel connector → Report.
• Input data: At least one uploaded file has been processed.

4. Implementation steps

4.1. Check the Overview Dashboard

• Open the Overview Dashboard.
• Check the file uploaded per day and the breakdown of processing status.
• Check the upload frequency by executors.

4.2. Check the File List

• Open the File List.
• Search and filter by file name.
• Review the file list columns: processing status, upload time, estimated vs. actual completion time, row count, and processing percentage.

4.3. Review a file’s processing quality

• Compare successful and failed row counts for each file.
• Check the processing speed to spot issues.
• Open the result file to see exactly which rows failed and why.

4.4. Filter the list with advanced filters

• Open the filter panel.
• Filter by processing status, executor, or upload time.
• Click Apply.

• For files with a high failure rate, download the result file first to trace the data error.
• If several files remain in Syncing for an extended period, check the processing capacity with the Mobio Technical Team.
• Monitor the executor’s upload frequency to detect unusual upload sources.
• Mobio only retains result files for the most recent 3 months.
