Contact Form Connector Report
Contact Form data streams into Mobio in near real time — but if you only check the daily history, a submission issue occurring right now can go unnoticed for hours. The Contact Form Connector report gives you both a real-time view and a historical breakdown, so you can catch problems as they happen and confirm them once the day's data settles.

- Break the same chart down by status and by entity.
5. Operational Rules & Use Cases
- If real-time data stops while history still shows records, check whether the form is still submitting correctly.
- If one entity has a high failure rate, switch to By Entity to isolate the error.
- When reconciling history against real-time, always compare the same day.
6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: Which tab should I use to monitor activity within the same day?
- A: Use the Real-Time Report to track incoming and processed records as they happen.
- Q: Why does the daily total differ from the real-time count at the same moment?
- A: The two tabs measure different windows — daily history vs. a live snapshot. Compare the same time window before concluding there’s a discrepancy.
