Common response templates will be attached to topics.
New Themes
Step 1: Click + New topic
Step 2: The popup screen shows Add new topics. User can enter the information of the Topic name, Color of topic, Color of topic name.
Step 3: Click Save or Cancel
Attach/Remove response template for the topic
Step 1: Hover over the topic you want to attach, remove/edit/delete response template
Step 2: Choose Attach, Remove/Edit/Delete the response template for the topic.
Click Attach/Remove response template for the topic →The popup screen displays Attach/Remove response template for the topic. Click on the template you want to attach/remove, the system displays the selected templates.
Selecting Edit → System popup will display Edit topic. User can enter the information of the Topic name, Color of topic, Color of topic name.
Select Delete → System displays a confirmation popup.
