The system will automatically attach a job classification tag to a article if there is equivalent hashtags created in that article.
The purpose of this configuration is to support the automation assignment of comment based on job classification tags. When posting a post, users only need to attach a hashtag right in the content and the system can automatically record the corresponding job tag and assign it to the selected Team.
Step 1: In the “Configure tagging on posts” screen, click Edit.
Step 2: Enter the Hashtag and the corresponding Job classification tag.
Step 3: Turn the switch button to the right (green) to enable using status of that Hashtag.
Step 4: Click Save or Cancel.
- The system displays 2 statuses: Active and Inactive.
Turn the switch button to the right (green), the system displays the Active status (the configuration of attaching tags to articles is being applied).
Turn the switch button to the left, the system displays the status of Inactive (the configuration of attaching tags to articles does not apply).
