Team List
A Team List is a list of created teams that allow users to view and edit the configuration of those Teams.
On the Side menu bar in the bottom left corner of the screen, select Operation CDP → Select Company Account
Select Optimization → Online & Social → Chat Routing on the side-menu bar → the screen displays the Team ListEach Team will be allowed to perform a specific kind of work. Mobio divides work into 3 types as follows:
- Inbox
- Comment
- Inbox and Comment
