Overview of Profiles in CDP

1. General introduction

Profile is the central and most important object in the Mobio CDP system. It stores the customer’s entire “footprint”, from basic identification information to complex interactive behaviors across multiple channels.
The goal of the Profile module is to build a 360-degree customer portrait (Single Customer View), helping businesses understand customers to accurately personalize the experience journey.

2. Core values

  • Unique identification: Automatically merge data from multiple sources (Web, App, Store, CRM) into a single profile based on Phone number, Email, ID, or identification information.
  • Event Timeline: Record all customer interactions and sort them chronologically from newest to oldest.
  • High customization capability: The display interface can be flexibly changed according to the needs of each role (Sales, CS, Marketing).
  • Multi-dimensional connection: Tightly linked with other objects such as Accounts, Tickets, and Opptys.
